What is your primary product or service?
We build custom homes, commercial projects & remodeling. "Your dream our team," is our motto for all of your construction needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in the construction business and have always dreamed of being a builder. It started as a hobby for me and quickly turned into a successful business that I enjoy. I have had great success with working at my hobby.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company has won many local builder awards as well as winners of the elite Aurora Awards for the whole Southeast United States. Lori has also won the "Builder of the Year" and served as President of the Polk County Builder's Association and Polk County Builder's Foundation. We have many repeat customers and we always strive for 110% customer satisfaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office.

We own our company. Lori Waters is President, Glen Waters is Vice President and Ken Rasnake is our Superintendant.
