How long have you been in business?
Creative Stitches, LLC was created 10/10/10. However, I've been embroidering over 7 years, & sewing over 40 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Creating personalized items for my customers with Machine Embroidery. Customer's give me ideas of items they would like. I interact with my customers, through the process, getting their input & suggestions. We become a team until the projects are finished.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband surprised me with a sewing/embroidery machine for my birthday. He has since purchased his own sewing/embroidery machine and helps me with my embroidery projects!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My company's unique difference, is that we make personalized items for creative people, who cannot sew. Some of my best creations have been ideas from my customers!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently work from my sewing studio, in my home, to keep my overhead low. That translates into SAVINGS for my customers!
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept CASH, M.O.'s, CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL
