How long have you been in business?
My first business was opened in 1973.
What is your primary product or service?
We are an AVEDA CONCEPT SALON,
our services include haircutting, coloring, relaxing, extensions, ethnic hair, dreadlocks...in the spa we offer natural nail services, masaages, skin care body treatments and more
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Love to make people look and feel good!
Born and educated in France, came to US in 1967, started doing hair in 1968 in Augusta Georgia.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The reason for our continued success is our relentless continuing education...also I think taking very good care of your team(paid vacations, health insurance, retirement plan etc...) makes for much better customer service.We are the only NON TIPPING salon in FLORIDA!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one, it is most important not to delute the quality, we employ 14 members as off now.

I own the company with my patner (Colin Southwell).
I run the daily operations with the help of my manager (Beth Harrelson)

Monday CLOSED, Tuesday 9:00 to 8:00, Wednesday 9:00 to 5:00, Thursday 9:00 to 8:00, Friday 9:00 to 7:00, Saturday 9:00 to 5:00, Sunday CLOSED
